At the Intersection of Interchange and Interplay


This website presents change management as an organizational phenomenon. But I must reemphasize that an organization is a group of individuals. The underlying structure of organizational change management is the people sustained organizational change management (PSOCM®) process. So, we must always be mindful of what is good for the organization of people is also good for the person and vice versa. It is this constant interplay between the two that makes both healthy or unhealthy. In other words, what is good for the organizational mind is also good for the individual mind.
